Listening to Bush last night reminded me that from the moment he stole the election 8 years ago we have lived a national nightmare…

… one whose end we are but days away from witnessing.

I suppose that if one's principles consist of having no principles, then it can be said the Bush stuck to his principles.

I now count down the days and the hours till he's gone.

Having said that, it's clear to me that when one carefully listens to Bush speaking, one can hear that some part of him knows what a miserable failure he was. But it's too bad he isn't smart enough to really comprehend the damages he has done to the human race as a whole. And even though I am an Atheist, I pray that Bush will not make it worse in the remaining few days of his miserable presidency between now and when he's gone.
