More regressiveness, more stupidity! Wow. With about a month to go before the next Congress is called into session, a few of the ultra-conservative House freshmen Jeff Koopersmith warned you about are already shaping up to be very tooly tools:

• Jason Chaffetz (R-Church of Latter Day Saints) is already coming out strong against anything even slightly resembling congressional voting rights for the District of Columbia. Hmm… the populace of the nation's capitol is overwhelmingly black… and we all know that the Mormon cult religion has real hangups about black people and that "mark of Cain" thing… just sayin'…
• When both the egregious hate rag Human Events and Confederate-apologist fishwrap Washington Times do puff pieces for Rep-elect Aaron Schock (IL-18), you know his press flack is working overtime – now if only he could get that kind of public relations in the legitimate press.
• Meanwhile, we see via the ever-snarky Capitol Hill Blue (our favorite libertarian-leaning guilty pleasure) that incoming Ohio congressman Steve Austria has his priorities in order: he's planninf to push a bill to – now brace yourself – promote ballroom dancing! Now that's change we can believe in – or not.
