Pundits Spin "Spectral" Nonscandal
by the Editors

Sunday, June 25, 2000 -- WASHINGTON/NEW YORK/LAS VEGAS (AmpolNS) -- The entire pundit elite piled on Al Gore, spinning yet another rapidly-accelerating nonscandal.

The spin follows a leak late last week from Arlen Specter, who claimed that that Justice Department official Robert Conrad recommended that a special counsel be appointed to investigate Gore's role in a 1996 Democratic event at the Hsi Lai Buddhist temple in California.

The leak is beginning to backfire -- expect some heads in DOJ and on Specter's staff to roll, and Specter to be hurt by the fallout as the story develops.

Of course, there was not one word concerning this angle of the "scandal." Here's what went down this week.

Fox Spin Sunday
Faithfully Carrying Water for the Bush Dynasty

Priority one for Roger Ailes: put "Gore Under Fire" to the maximum extent possible, even though Tony Snow began FNS with the words "Gore Fights Back!"

Late Friday, Al Gore released the complete transcript of an April interview with the FBI concerning a DNC-sponsored fundraiser that somehow ended up being melded into a community outreach at the Hsi Lai temple. A campaign task force headed by Charles LaBella supposedly wants a "special counsel" to investigate Gore.

LaBella turns out to have been Tony's first guest -- and he admitted it would be difficult to investigate the fundraiser in light of election pressures. Tony Snow asked if there was evidence that Gore committed a crime, and LaBella tried unsuccessfully to raise questions about phone calls and what Gore knew when he "knew" it.

Hey, Charles, what about the FACT that this was a DNC, not a Clinton/Gore, event? What about the FACT that a number of the guilty parties have exculpated Clinton and Gore?

Fred Barnes said that the so-called crime "lacked a witness." Hey, Fred, maybe it's because there was no crime! And even LaBella said not only "where is the evidence" or "what is the crime?" -- but continued to play up "false statements."

Tony flashed a "statement" by Gore that he had no idea it was a fundraiser, and tried to spin it as implausible. C'mon, Tony, we expect a lot better from you -- there's a string of evidence that shows a lot of Angelinos and DNC types trying to keep knowledge of the fundraising element of the event secret from the Clinton/Gore people. Tony kept playing up the possibility of Gore having broken the law with false statements.

Barnes, predictably, asked if Gore could be "prosecuted for perjury." LaBella said no, and -- this is very revealing -- that it "should be further investigated" -- which is fully in line with the GOP campaign to "bring down" Clinton-Gore. LaBella predicted Reno will not name a special counsel -- and said that DOJ "should be very careful" with Robert Conrad.

Why? Because he's a Helms brown-noser?

LaBella ended with a comment about "technical violations" -- a tacit admission that even if there had been "wrongdoing," the laws and rules surrounding campaign funding are so complicated that clear-cut peccadilloes are hard to prove.

Fair and balanced? Don't make us laugh. Fox doesn't have the cajones to put another law enforcement type on FNS to debunk LaBella, who was conspicuously struggling to appear fair himself.

Tony then greeted Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA) and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-TX). The topic: gas prices. Tony asked Kay whether gas taxes should be suspended for the summer. Kay said yes. Big surprise there -- not. Kay also tried blaming OPEC. Gee, Kay, aren't a lot of OPEC oil ministers cushy with the Bushes? Kay said that Midwest state gas taxes are higher than average -- but any moron knows that they were hiked to make up for revenues lost under Reagan-Bush. Tony asked Harkin about ethanol -- and Harkin called it a red herring! Later in the interview, Harkin would praise ethanol.

Nice job, Tom -- your ADM check is on the way!

Tom asked questions about the sudden uptick in price -- and questioned what was going on with profit margins and stock values. Tony asked about smog, saying the air is the cleanest it's been in 20 years.

Not in Texas, Tony!

Kay talked about ethanol making gas more expensive due to hauling fees. That's not what Dwayne Andreas wants to hear, Kay! Kay then claimed we're "dependent" on foreign oil -- but then, that's just what the Bushes want now, isn't it?

Kay harped on Texas "losing" thousands of wells -- we wonder if she was counting all the dry holes oilman Dubya dug.

Juan Williams asked whether Energy Secretary Richardson had done a poor job negotiating with OPEC. Of course, the question presupposes a "yes" answer. What is going on here? Why does Fox News want to bash Richardson at every turn? Could it be that an Hispanic on the Dem ticket would draw a majority of Hispanic voters and destroy George W. "Arbusto's" hope of sitting in the Oval Office?

Kay later backtracked on ethanol, calling it "good" though expensive. She must have realized that it might be a good idea not to antagonize the Andreases.

"And now, a man who needs no introduction, Colin Powell!" gushed Tony Snow.
He's also a man who needs no coverage, either. He is not tied to any hot-button political issues other than the Bush campaign having begged for him to be a running mate. Hmmm, you don't suppose this is a ploy to promote him as a possible running mate -- and that he may now be seriously considering it?

We think not. Powell is not as squeaky-clean as his PR would claim him to be. If he ever did run for office, ugly questions surrounding decisions made during the Gulf War would bubble to the surface.

Powell talked "character education in the home," the themes of afternoon talk shows and his refusal to appear on Sally Jesse Raphael, and whether or not the GOP was the party of "white guys."

Yawwwwwwwnnnn...

Tony attacked Donna Brazile for her comments concerning the GOP wheeling out Powell and J.C. Watts and looking for photo ops with black kids rather than help for them. Powell said that Brazile told him she did not apologize but "regretted" the statement.

We're sure she did -- she regretted she didn't come down harder on Powell, who has sold out blacks AND veterans while actively cultivating good PR on the Sunday Morning political chat circuit for his own benefit and profit.

As for Brazile -- you go, girl, but be tougher on the hypocrites!

Panel time! Tony spun Gore's surprise at Robert Conrad's call for a special counsel, then his subsequent statement that the truth will exonerate him. Mara Liasson, stealth RNC spokesperson, named one Gore aide as a "scandalmeister," then dissed Gore as a "velcro" candidate. Fred "The Weasel" Barnes cast Janet Reno as Gore's "friend" (and, therefore, he implied, corrupt). Juan said that naming a counsel at this time would be unfair -- besides, where's the crime? Weirdly, Juan did claim that Clinton and Gore were obstructing justice.

Juan, you idiot, they were obstructing vindictive dirty politics, not justice. No law against that.

Tony claimed that Robert Byrd's "tongue-lashing" of Bill Richardson got "buried."

Well, Tony, so did the FACT that a key GOP figure was at the Democrat-organized "Buddhist Temple fundraiser."

Juan said with regard to the latest flap at Los Alamos that the GOP was engaged in a witch hunt -- and that the security problems at Los Alamos extend over GOP and Democratic administrations. Mara said (duh) that Byrd had no partisan motives. Well, no kidding. The geriatric, thin-skinned, megalomaniacal Byrd, who in his deluded senility is convinced that he is Emperor Maximus of the Senate, took it personally that Richardson was a man of his word and kept outside obligations rather than dropping everything and rushing before the Senate before he had all the facts he was obliged to present.

Byrd, not Richardson, should resign -- he is a loose cannon, an embarrassment to his own party, and badly in need of some sort of antipsychotic drugs.

Tony asked who is responsible for high prices -- Mara dissed Gore and the Clinton Administration. Good answer, Mara -- shows where your heart is! Fred said, "Can't we go to Kuwait and tell them they would not exist without the US?"

Well, Fred, that's what many believe the Bushes did half a year ago -- took a trip to the Middle East, read a sheik or two the riot act about who saved their skin a decade ago, and told them it's time to return the favor, tank the American economy, and blame Clinton.

The McLaugh-In Group
Mad Pope John's Encounter Group
Finds Gore Guilty, Guilty, Guilty

Issue one: Gore's Reno Gamble. John called Gore's fundraising strategy "abuses" (even though the DNC was responsible for the fundraising issues surrounding Gore's appearance at the Hsi Lai temple), promoted a Charles LaBella memo as a "demand" for investigation, and recounted Gore's "iced tea" defense which is in fact irrelevant when you consider all the facts.

Michael Barone called it the "wee wee" defense and added other irrelevant details as he raised the specter (a Freudian allusion to Senator Specter, we can only guess) of perjury. Eleanor Clift said that Reno would not be bullied into naming a counsel -- and said LaBella said he had to move for an investigation because there was a conflict of interest issue, NOT evidence of crimes. John recounted more so-called Gore scandals and ridiculous poll numbers. Tony Blankley said that Gore's makeovers and campaign personnel changes are signs of panic -- and so was the release of the transcript of his April FBI interview. Larry O'Donnell said the picture was not as bad as John painted after he raised the false "question" of voters assuming Gore would be investigated from the get-go.

Not if the House goes to the Dems, Larry -- and it's going to.

Eleanor was incorrect in saying that Bush has gotten zero scrutiny -- proof that she does not read American Politics Journal. We love her anyway.

John asked if the Gore campaign was in trouble. The only surprising answer was from O'Donnell, who cited all the phony polls to say that Gore has gained in the last few months -- therefore, the Bush campaign is in trouble!

Issue two: the Gary Graham "Texacution." Is the issue a wash since Gore is pro-death-penalty? Tony said no, because people want the death penalty and Gore (if you believe Tony) is soft on the issue. John claimed that the "mob" was making Graham the victim, but one of Graham's targets described Graham's violence in detail (John showed part of the interview). Larry pointed out that the crime that got Graham the death sentence was not the one that the taped victim described, and there were issues surrounding presentation of evidence; Eleanor pointed out that there were questions surrounding witnesses and that Graham may have had incompetent counsel.

Bush's handling of the Graham case on a 1 to 10 scale:
Barone: 3
Eleanor: 2
Tony: 7
Larry: couldn't resist talking about Ricky Ray Rector
John: 10

Next, John claimed that the latest Los Alamos flap was a catastrophe for national security. You could practically hear John wringing his hands. John played a lengthy clip of Sen. Byrd (D-Senile Geezer) saying he would never trust or support Bill Richardson again. Eleanor called the Senate overbearing and angry because Richardson would not show up. John said Richardson snubbed the Senate.

Um, John, there's a difference between "snubbing" the hard-righters in the Senate and not showing up until enough facts are in.

Pointless predictions!
Barone: a near tie in the Mexican presidential race (not a stretch)
Eleanor: Bush will announce his running mate a week to 10 days before the convention (already well- known)
Tony: Clinton will "cut out Dick Gephardt" while negotiating the final legislation with Congress (spin)
Larry -- in a stretch! -- said gas prices will go "so low in the fall that they won't even be
mentioned in the presidential debates. "
John predicted "both the marriage penalty and the death tax [cuts] will pass both houses of Congress before the
November elections" (we're shocked -- NOT!).

Face the Nation

We caught the first segment of FTN.

Bob Schieffer asked guest Sen. Bob Torricelli (D-NJ) about the "fourth" law enforcement figure to call for a special counsel. Torricelli said that the DOJ could handle the situation with its own prosecutors. Schieffer brought up the "four" again, and Torricelli repeated his answer and, in response to a question by Gloria Borger, cited evidence that Gore never knew the Hsi Lai event was a fundraiser! He also denounced the leak of information during a Presidential campaign -- and implied the leak came from someone outside the DOJ chain of command. Torricelli also corrected Schieffer, who implied that the incident was not being investigated, by saying it had been and still is being investigated.

Schieffer claimed the "White House" was leaking, but Torricelli reiterated that damaging information was leaked to a GOP Senator opposed the to Vice President that had its origins in law enforcement.

What's gotten into Schieffer? He was sounding as one-sided as Tim Russert!

Schieffer then welcomed Jesse Jackson to discuss the execution of Gary Graham. Jackson emphasized the issue of the poor quality of legal representation given to poor or indigent defendants. Also present was Sen. Tim Hutchinson (R-Babe juggler), who is opposed to a moratorium on the death penalty. He wants DNA testing and better representation -- but we wonder if Hutchinson or his brother would vote in favor of actually funding these ideas.

Eat the Press
With "Slim Russert"

Robert Ray, the not-so-independent counsel, was Slim-Tim's first guest. His goal: to blast the Clinton-Gore Administration.

Russert's non-journalistic background surfaced again. Ray says that no jury would convict on the evidence he had uncovered.

"But she said she had NO role," squealed Russert.

Ray replied that his job is be fair and prompt. He said he has "come to closure." Ha, ha, ha, ha! Wouldn't Dr. Whore-A be proud.

Ray said he has work to do. He said this criminal matter is closed -- but now it returns to the political process. Sure, and that's why he added a little zinger last week that made the public feel that Hillary Clinton played "some" role is firing those weasels at the travel office (which by the way is the President's right -- these yokels serve at the President's whim, as do all Presidential appointees and most all White House staff). Hillary Clinton was "concerned" about the idiots running the travel office (and remember what those concerns were). So Ray extrapolated this to make sure the American people thought that her wishes became the vehicle for others to move to fire the Travel Office bozos -- who had hung around after Daddy Bush got snookered.

So Russert then pulled out some testimony that Hillary Clinton made before a grand jury and then Congress. In one statement, he claimed she said she played no role in the firings. In another, she said that she didn't have a role as well, but her wording was somewhat different and so Russert the pig decided that this was perjury.

Ray said that he would not be able to persuade a jury that Hillary was a liar -- in other words, he thinks she's a liar, but won't say exactly that.

Is Ray another weapon in the Bush-RNC arsenal? You betcha.

Russert asked, "Did you decide that a crime had not been committed, or did you decide that you just couldn't prove it in court?" Ha, ha, ha, ha! Look at Russert -- trying ANYTHING to make Ray say he thinks Hillary is a crook. Then he played some interview with drippy Diane Rheem. Hillary again said that her expressed concern made staff feel that they should move. That's right. When the first lady expresses concern, like the Queen of England -- mountains move. This has always been the case. Remember that the travel office engaged, or was alleged to engage, in some hanky-panky weird accounting practices with YOUR tax money. So Hillary, who Bill most likely asked to handle this office and others within the operational White House, told Mr. Watkins she was worried about these allegations -- and then stupid Watkins went and helter-skelter fired the people.

Russert kept it up. He started mincing words trying to get Ray to reopen his investigation. "But, but, but... it sounds like she didn't tell the truth, but you thought you couldn't prove."

He then showed some LA Times article -- by the way, the Times is a joke -- that Ray basically said she's guilty, but she's not guilty.

The truth: she was never guilty of anything, and Ray knew it, but he had to placate the Bush crowd and the RNC and punk senatorial candidate Rick Lazio.

Then Russert went the other way. He started shouting not too loudly at Ray saying "You have smeared the First Lady when you didn't have to. Your findings were sealed." Ray, the weasel, said that his investigation has created a cloud over Hillary, and he felt "I had to relieve that cloud..."

Ha, ha, ha, ha -- yeah, sure, you released that press release as a favor to her, didn't you, you crook?

Then Ray started complaining about delays within the White House over producing documents. Ha, ha, ha - what did you expect the White House to do when they knew that the GOP was attempting a bloodless coup of a President of the United States, you moron? That was the reason for these delays -- intentional or not. Delaying the production of documents until the very last minute possible -- even when they are EXCULPATORY -- is a well-known tactic used by all defense lawyers.

Then Ray told Russert that he will complete his investigation about Bill Clinton "lying" and the Whitewater matter. He will wait until Clinton leaves office before he "renders my decision." What a laugh! So, what happened to the
Constitutional mandate for a speedy trial?

"So, if you did decide to indict the President, you would wait until he left office?" croaked Russert, and then the pig went on to say "the fact that an Arkansas judge found the President in contempt, and that the Arkansas bar is deciding whether to disbar him -- will that influence your decision?" Russert then asked Ray what he meant by a government interest, or lack thereof in indicting the President. "How about public fatigue over this?" Will public opinion stop you because you had lack of public support? Ray quoted Lincoln who said that public opinion makes anything possible, but a lack of public support make anything much more difficult.

Well, that's a good sign -- maybe Ray realizes what a crooked scumbucket Ken Starr is and won't ruin his own career lynching Bill Clinton. We hope so.

Of course, Russert didn't stop with his own tar-and-featuring. And don't stop laughing or reading yet -- because Russert's BIG guest this morning was none other than freaked-out millionaire recluse Green Party (what's that?) presumptive, and really presumptive, aging twerp: Ralph the Savior Nader.

Or is it Nadir?

Russert showed a moronic poll from NBC and the Wall Street Journal (the official lynch mob publication of America) which shows that Nadir has 7 percent of the vote. What a laugh! Our own polls show him with about 1.7%, holdovers from Chevy Corvair days. The fact that he could destroy Gore's chances by stealing votes that would otherwise move to Gore does not bother Nadir.

Then the lunatic Nadir called for an investigation of whether the Gore campaign asked Jimmy Hoffa not to endorse Nadir!

What's wrong with that? Nadir said he thinks that this is some kind of crime. Nadir then said that the Teamsters are better, but still corrupt. He says it in a different way -- but still delivers that message.

And he wanted their endorsement?

Then he claimed that he will lower the price of gasoline.

Ha, ha, ha -- yeah, sure. There isn't a more hated man in corporate American than Nader.

Nader then said he wants to put yet another gas tax on each gallon and -- get this -- he thinks that this would lower gas prices -- yep, that's what he said -- because it would force more people onto busses.

Now THAT'S funny! Dream on, loser.

He dropped the fact that he went to Harvard Law school like a teenage dip, but saying "I have been against the death penalty since my days at law school" (and then he adds) "at Harvard."

Then Russert wondered about how Nadir -- worth $4 million -- is not a hypocrite. Why? Because he owns so many shares in Cisco Systems -- which stands for everything he is supposedly against. Nadir also claimed he is against everything that Cisco does, then claimed he has a reserve to invest more in Cisco. We could not care less what stock Nader owns -- it doesn't matter, because he's a phony. He made a ton of money preaching his safety socialism for the past three decades or more. He speaks about corporate crime, but has never done anything about it. All he does is yap, yap, yap while building his multimillion-dollar fortune. The worst aspect of his conduct is that he knows he can't get elected, so he will do his damnedest to ruin Gore's chances.

What a little punk.

He plugged his votenader.com web site.

The Eat the Press roundtable was next -- and thank the Lord, William Safire was absent from it.

One interesting thing -- so far -- was that Russert had not attacked Bill Richardson for the so-called "unbelievable breach of security" which, of course, Richardson could not control. Well, we remember that Richardson for years helped Russert to earn his millions.

Believe it or not, George DumbBellYou ran another commercial on Eat the Press this morning. And you wonder why?

Because he wants to placate the Neo-Nazis that love Russert about social security -- which they love -- a government program that costs more than any, yet the ultra-right LOVES it.

Bill Kristol, the best mind in the conservative arena today, feels that Janet Reno should never appoint a special prosecutor -- "no more independent prosecutors in America again." Kristol was able to shut up Russert right there.

Then they started talking about Killer Bush and his nonstop executions of black men in Texas.. Again Russert brings up that Clinton went home to Arkansas during the 92 campaign to executive a retarded man to make him look less liberal. Notice the choice of words! Hey, Timmy, you amphibian slime, Clinton did not "rush" home to "execute" anyone. This is a perfect cite of the manner in which Russert twists facts to suit his whim.

Russert wondered whether Al Gore can kill Bush in a debate.

Well, we know the answer to that: of course. Bush has an IQ of 7 and Gore is a very smart man. Is there a contest? Both men got "Gentleman C" averages at Ivy League schools - but Gore did it by choice, Bush did it by ability (or lack thereof).

So, Bush should refuse to debate him. But stupid BushBaby won't do that -- because his rich-kid ego won't allow it. George Bush actually believes that he's a self-made man. Now THAT'S a laugh! I wonder what happened when Daddy started screaming at him for not helping Babs clear the dinner dishes? He probably screams in a whiskey stupor "You punk -- I made you, and I can destroy you!" Heh-heh-heh!

Then Russert hit Kristol by reminding the audience that Kristol coached Dan Quayle for his debates.

Poor Bill K. he didn't mean it.

Bush thinks he will come out of the debate looking good and kind. Ha, ha, ha -- wrong! Bush will come out of the debates looking a heartless Neo-Nazi -- and Gore will be the man to define him.

These Geeks
Specter Spins, We Laugh

The hideously ugly Arlen Specter, who has engaged in a non-stop attach on Janet Reno for the past six years, had an interview with Cocky.

Specter, one of the biggest crooks in the Senate, leaked some story from a couple of idiots -- one being Robert Conrad from the Justice Department -- so they could tell him that they thought the Vice President should he investigated AGAIN on the campaign finance fiasco.

We can tell you in no uncertain terms that Specter -- who loves to cause anguish among others -- has himself been the focus of press and other investigations about his own campaign finance shenanigans, including having to return a LOT of money to contributors who were far worse than a few nuns who wrote checks for the DNC, not Gore!

Specter kept quoting Charles LaBella and Conrad about what "could have" happened -- not what happened. In fact, both LaBella and Conrad pled with Specter to leave them alone -- "there is no prosecutable or non-prosecutable crime here, Mr. Specter."

Specter said he is going to subpoena FBI Director Louis Freeh because he concealed a memo -- which by the way said nothing of the sort -- but Specter claims the Attorney General said that she was under great pressure to make certain there was no indictment or special prosecutor in the phony campaign finance probes that Specter and his fellow McCarthyites have been holding over the past 6 years.

Jack Quinn, Gore’s former chief of staff, was also a guest.

Quinn said the argument is that you don’t need a special prosecutor here, because there was no wrongdoing. Conrad claimed there was a fundraiser at the temple - but there was no fund-raiser there. It was a community meeting. No one ever thought this was a fund-raiser at all. What happened was that a breakfast fund-raiser had been canceled -- and some of the people who were going to attend it were invited to the Veep’s speech that afternoon. However, they were not there for a fund-raiser. That had been canceled. Because Johnny Chung and Charlie Trie were trying to buy their way into policy decisions made by the President (which no one can do unless that is the way the elected official will go anyway), one of the two creeps collected money from Maria Hsia who got it from some crazy religious leader. No American except Hsia knew where the money came from. Hsia, a kiss-ass social and political climber (as are all political fundraisers trying to get a foot in the door of the Oval Office) couldn’t care less where she got money. In fact, she was the laundress. No one knew this until the campaign uncovered the fraud itself. By this time the corrupt ultra-right wing of the GOP was on Gore like dog on a bird.

Chief American Psycho-Congressman Dan "The Idiot" Burton was the next guest. He began by lying and saying that Conrad wrote a memo saying that the Vice President was a crook.

He did not.

Next, the Psycho said he will "make a criminal referral" to the Attorney General. On who, asked Scam Burton, if you can believe this, said on Gore, Clinton and Reno!!! Burton started laughing when Scam suggests he is on a witch-hunt.

What’s happening here is that Burton and the morons on his staff are trying to save their own political and legal asses. He lied again, saying that Lee Radick testified that the AG said "her job was on the line" in a meeting. Radick, testifying last week to the Psycho, said just the opposite. It was really two GOP operatives who said Radick had said this.

Barney Frank also appeared, to defend Mrs. Clinton and the White House in general. He said Burton is "not surprisingly wrong" as usual. He read the testimony that Burton lied about -- but of course, anyone listening knew that Burton was being a pathological liar as usual (and probably a melon molester).

Cocky said wouldn’t it make sense to go ahead an investigate Gore to get this over?

Sure, Cocky -- dream on. The fact is that no one thinks Gore broke the law. Cocky tried to save herself saying that the old Independent Council law would have probably required the appointment of an IC -- but that’s not true, and even if it was, it is NOT the law now.

Cocky said, THE BOTTOM LINE HERE IS WHETHER THE VICE PRESIDENT TOLD THE TRUTH. Did he or didn’t he?

Can Bill Gates have bought Cocky too? Maybe Gates offered her husband Steve a real job.

Now if you want an example of just how stupid Scam and Cocky are, read this: they asked Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura, in all seriousness, whether because Gore spent some time in Minnesota with him, that this indicates that Gore might pick Ventura as his running mate!!!!!

Can you believe that? Well, let’s see how this plays out:

Scam got all excited because Ventura said he is leaving the barn door open. Can you believe this? Then Ventura said, if he asked me, I would take the weekend, discuss it with my wife and then make my decision.

Ventura, who claimed that he snatch the presidency himself if he felt like it, because he doesn’t see any public interest in the race.

Ha, ha, ha, ha. Well, we believe Jesse on that one.

The next segment featured George Will talking to Pat Robertson -- sort of a instant replay of the last Howdy Doody show you saw as a child. They were talking about the death penalty. Robertson is worried about it -- an effort to soften his own image, which is now worse than Saddam Hussein’s.

If you have ever seen Robertson on his 700 Club fantasyland television program "curing" sick people by praying in a group with the bimbos on his show, you would know in advance that anything this snake utters is mere poison.

Robertson made a surprisingly good case for a moratorium on capital crime death penalties. Will wanted to know why killer Robertson changed his mind. He claimed it was because he was "deeply" involved with Karla Faye Tucker -- the first woman George W. murdered last year. We wondered aloud -- "how deeply."

Robertson also thinks that pro life voters will support Bat Pukeanan because Bush is not pro life enough! Ha, ha, ha, ha. We go for that! Vote Pukeanan -- PLEASE!!!!

Will then brought up the Harry Potter book series which uses witchcraft and invisibility as plot elements -- and said that the American people are upset about it! Ha, ha, ha. Who the hell is Harry Potter? And what in the world did Will have for breakfast? Believe us: Will was quite earnest about this, while Robertson laughed at him -- but adding that he was very much against witchcraft.

Talk about your "rolling on the floor" moments!

George Staphylococcus said that Gore’s progress and prosperity tour was ruined and stopped. There was no crime -- and no prosecutor has ever mentioned one.

Cocky then said that George Bush speaks the truth when he said that if you want to get rid of these scandals the people should elect him! Can you believe this bimbo? Now she believes that Bush won’t be accompanied into the White House by scandal after scandal after scandal.

Cocky, Little Bush will make Clinton look like an Eagle Scout -- which he was.

Cocky talked about private armies -- and links this to totally unstoppable fundraising -- and started screaming about the President and the Vice President doing nothing but raising money. She NEVER mentioned Bush.

You can now rely on the fact that Cocky is a whore for Bush. Even we couldn’t believe it. Cocky is the daughter of two con-artist Democrat elected officials from Louisiana -- now she’s a BushBaby Republican?

You figure it out.

The panel did, however, root out the lies about polls last week and agree that Bush and Gore are in a dead heat.

Staph said that Bush has to handle the 15 state-sponsored murders of Texas prisoners on death row. He must handle those properly or it will impact him. Well, how erudite.

Staph said Nadir could hurt Gore in Washington, New Mexico, California etc. Bullshit: Staph is just hoping.

Will said Ralph Nader will hurt Gore because all his votes will come from Democrats.

Yeah, all 17 of them.

Democrats have minds -- and what Democrat is going to vote for a hypocrite loser like Nader?

None of our Democrat readers, we hope.
